Questions & answers
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave keys with the concierge, and we send a photo report when we finish.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything we need. If you would like us to use your products, just tell us.
How many cleaners come?
For apartments up to 80 m² usually 1-2 cleaners, for larger homes a team of 3.
What is not included in the base price?
Window washing and cleaning inside the oven, fridge and cabinets belong to deep cleaning; with a standard cleaning they can be added for an extra fee. We confirm the exact scope and final price before we start, from your description, photos or video on WhatsApp.
Does the per-room price depend on the area?
Yes. The "from" price is for a room of standard size; for large rooms and heavy soiling we price from a photo or video. Ask about the minimum order and call-out terms on WhatsApp.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us at handover: we will come back and redo the areas you point out. You pay after acceptance.
How do I find out the price?
Send photos or a video of the property on WhatsApp: a manager will estimate the scope of work and quote a price. We can also visit for a free inspection if needed.
How does payment work?
You pay after accepting the work - cash, card or bank transfer. Companies get a contract and invoice.
